3. Delivery Policy
   We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (excluding the day of order placement). For shipping costs, please refer to our Shipping Rates page. We use RM, EVRI and FedEx as our couriers, and the choice of courier depends on the destination address and the value of the package.

4. Refund/Cancellation Policy
   We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to return an item, please be aware that under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 working days from the day following the item’s delivery. This policy applies to all our products. We accept returns of unused, complete products in their original “as new” condition. To cancel your contract, please securely package the item and return it to us along with the delivery slip. For your protection, we recommend using a recorded delivery service. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it was delivered in error or is faulty. Once we receive the item, we will process a refund of the purchase price.
